High performance durable deposit friction material

Abstract

A friction material useful for preventing shuddering is provided to improve the reliability and physical properties such as efficiency, durability, resistance at hot spot, thermal resistance, porosity, strength and elasticity, thereby being advantageously applied to various car members including a clutch plate, a transmission band, break shoes, synchronizer rings, friction disks or a system plate. The friction material(10) comprises: a porous first layer which contains highly fibrous materials; a second layer which is formed on at least one surface of the first layer and comprises friction modifying particles(20); and a fibrous base material(12) which is impregnated with at least one curable resin, wherein the second layer comprises the friction modifying particles with an amount of about 5wt% to about 15wt% relative to the weight of the fibrous base material, and a mixture of carbon and silicon particles.
본 발명은 고섬유 내용물의 섬유성 베이스 재료의 제 1 층과, 제 1 층의 적어도 한 면에 형성된 마찰변형입자의 제 2 층으로 이루어진 셔더링방지 용도의 마찰재에 대한 것이다.
